Terms & Conditions
VirtualWhse.com strives to provide superior customer service and product knowledge while offering our customers competitive rates and informational interface. Since we are Representatives of Manufacturers direct, we must assure them that we screen and advise our clients properly, when setting up accounts to offer their products for retail.
Pricing & Discounts:
Prices are always subject to change without notice, and pricing errors are not the responsibility of VirtualWhse.com. Discounts are based on initial purchase and quarterly sales volume, and can be changed at any time at VirtualWhse.com discretion. If a change in your discount levels occurs, we will notify you.
Returns & Cancellations: (See also: Return Policy)
Some items are special order only and cannot be cancelled; when applicable, this will be noted on the invoice. VirtualWhse.com has a "no-hassle" return policy, provided the item(s) is in new, unused, resalable condition, this would also depend on the Manufacturers Return policies.
All returns are subject to approval, and certain items cannot be returned (see the list below).
VirtualWhse.com does not accept returns after 30 days. All return shipping is the responsibility of the client - all return shipments must be insured, and the client must file any loss/damage claims. In addition, all returns must be authorized and are entirely subject to approval by VirtualWhse.com.
When approved, a return will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly noted on the shipping bill and packaging. Any incoming shipments without an RMA number will be refused. Returned items must be in new, unused, re-sell able condition, with all pieces included. Items that are approved for return and sent back within 10 days of delivery will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15%. After 10 days, accepted returns are subject to a fee consisting of 25% of the item cost and applied to any returns without acceptable packaging.

Return Shipping: The client is responsible for all return shipping charges. If the product is damaged you must file a claim with the carrier and contact us for further instructions.(See below; Damage Claims/Shipment Shortages).
Drop Shipments:All drop shipment addresses must be submitted in writing/email/FAX.
All drop shipments must be pre-paid; no exceptions, you are responsible for any fees including re-shipment due to customer refusal, address error, etc.
Before drop shipping is executed you must fill out the Credit card Authorization form-included in the sign up package (Register Account).
You must also submit you tax reseller ID number before purchasing.
Purchase Orders: All purchase orders must be in a readable form (preferably e-mail) with the appropriate part numbers. VirtualWhse.com cannot accept verbal purchase orders. Verbal purchase orders tend to be inaccurate, so we strongly discourage this method of ordering.
Warranty: VirtualWhse.com does not offer any warranty on the products it sells. *All items are covered by the manufacturers warranty policy only. Credit for defective merchandise will only be issued once the product is inspected and the claim approved by the manufacturer. Unless the manufacturer agrees to cover it, all return shipping for warranty items is the responsibility of the customer
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused and is returned to VirtualWhse.com or representative supplier by the carrier, the client will be billed any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts. Please be sure your information is accurate on each transaction.
Damage Claims/Shipment Shortages: All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment; the client must initiate all claims. The recipient must keep all packing materials so the carrier can investigate them; VirtualWhse.com accepts zero responsibility for clients and/or their customers who misplace or discard the packaging of a damaged shipment.
After reporting the loss/damage with the carrier, contact VirtualWhse.com immediately with pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging to proceed with the claim.
Manufacturers Policies: Certain manufacturers have polices on advertising, sales, and (MAP) pricing which must be adhered to. As a distributor for these brands, VirtualWhse.com is obligated to enforce these policies and inform our accounts. Once informed, we expect our clients to adhere to these polices.
All other trademarks not owned by VirtualWhse.Com that appear on the website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by VirtualWhse.Com. Any images of persons or personalities contained on VirtualWhse.Com shall not be an indication of endorsement of any particular product or our service unless otherwise specifically indicated.
It is the member's responsibility to ascertain any particular product's suitability for sale in any given venue that the customer chooses to sell through an online store, online auctions, or any other venue. Members are responsible to discover and comply with any specific manufacturer policies or MAP (minimum advertised price) restrictions.
All warranties for products purchased through VirtualWhse.Com are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers and their agents. All issues or claims concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
Legal Notice: Some products sold through VirtualWhse.com are for off-road use only and should not be used on public streets & highways unless specifically noted otherwise. As a client of VirtualWhse.com, it is your responsibility to inform your customer of this. The client and customer should check their local laws regarding such products prior to purchasing. Furthermore, VirtualWhse.com recommends installation by a competent mechanic familiar with race parts for every product they sell. VirtualWhse.com accepts zero responsibility for legal issues resulting from the misuse or improper installation of these products.
Privacy Policy: VirtualWhse.com gathers the necessary information required to process your order for our own records. We do not provide this information to any other agency. All payment processing is secure and encrypted.
Billing: All orders are billed when they are submitted via the method set when your account was established. No credit is extended for drop shipping
We cannot accept international credit cards at this time, any clients based outside the United States will have to pay via certified check. Or PayPal with prior approval.
